Description
English: DIC time-lapse of Hp replication on gastric primary cells. DIC time-lapse movie of Hp replicating while adhered to the membrane of primary murine gastric epithelial cells. Images were collected every 5 minutes, over a period of 12.5 hours. The movie is compressed into 10 seconds (4500×).
