Deutsch: Ehemalige Fabrikantenvilla Vorster in Hagen, Delsterner Straße 120. Kubischer Bau, um 1850 errichtet, heute Wohnhaus. Die ehemalige Papierfabrik Vorster wurde 1693 gegründet und war die älteste Hagener Papiermühle („Oberste Mühle“). In den 1990er Jahren wurde der Betrieb eingestellt. – 1754: „Der Papier Meister Johannes Vörster zu Delster hat eine schöne Papier Mühle zu Delster, auf der Volme auf vollen Wasser liegen, so auch stark betrieben wird.“ 1788: „Papierfabrique Voerster zu Delstern mit 2 Mühlen, 6 Büdden und 60 Arbeitern, hat eine Konzession auf 6 Lumpensammler im Amt Hörde, fabriziret jährlich 9500 Ries zu 18000 Rtlr.“ (aus: Die Grafschaft Mark von A.
