English: Almost every Saturday at Okpara Square, Enugu State, Nigeria, group of fun seekers and fitness enthusiast run in groups, chanting and singing in local vernacular while in a rapid movement and in a whirling motion. Gyrating has been part of the fitness culture in Nigeria for many years.
Igbo: Ihe fọrọ nke nta ka ọ bụrụ Satọdee ọ bụla na Okpara Square, Enugu State, Nigeria, otu ndị na-achọ ntụrụndụ na ndị na-anụ ọkụ n'obi na-agba ọsọ n'ìgwè, na-abụ abụ ma na-abụ abụ n'asụsụ obodo mgbe ha na-eme ngwa ngwa ma na-eme mkpọtụ.
