Description
English: Governor Felipe Carrillo (standing beneath the arrow) dedicating the new Avenida Itza in Merida. The Governor, his four brothers and eight deputies were executed by order of Colonel Broca of the de la Huerta revolution on January 4, 1924. This photo was taken on December 2, 1923.
