Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Spontaneous calcium transients were inhibited by TTX local application and recovered after ceasing TTX treatment. Examination for intracellular calcium dynamics using Fluo4-AM showed that individual neurons had spontaneous calcium transients that were inhibited by TTX local application and recovered after ceasing TTX treatment.
