Description
English: Movie showing d2EGFP expression in Kupffer's vesicle. Time-laspe imaging of Tg(Dusp6:d2EGFP)pt6 embryo from gastrula stage until 24-somite stage. GFP movie showing the formation of Kupffer's vesicle from the 6-somite stage right until after this structure collapses at the 20-somite stage. Note Kupffer's vesicle cells collapse inwards and begin to migrate towards the tail bud.
