Description
English: View of Cowes Bay at low tide taken from a high vantage point to the north of the bay looking south along the bay with Ponui Island is the distance. The wharf can be seen in the middle distance. Tents are visible amongst the trees on the righthandside. People are on the beach and on the grassy slope in the foreground. Photographed by William Archer Price in early 1900s.
