Description
English: Taken from the GOES-16 (East) satellite, this geocolor image of the Earth was taken on October 18, 2021 at 16:30 (UTC). This image shows the Western hemisphere of the planet during Mid-October, at this point there was no active tropical cyclones in both the North Atlantic and Eastern Pacific basins, but you can spot a large extratropical system off the coast of Eastern North America, and thunderstorm activity across South America.
