Description
Svenska: Frosta häradsvapen sedan 1948.
Blasonering: I fält av silver ett uppskjutande blått standar med tre tungor, belagt med ett genomgående kors, som i vardera vinkel är åtföljt av en femuddig stjärna, allt av guld och med blå stång.
English: Coat of arms of the hundred Frosta in the province of Scania, Sweden as adopted in 1948. Virtually identical to the arms shown on its seal used 1524, 1584, 1610, 1648 and 1655. It is possible that the insignia is either 1) even older or 2) created during the Danish civil war as the legend on the original seal explicitly refers to king Christian [ II ] of Denmark who was deposed in 1523.
