| Description |
English: Opening of the waterfalls in Trollhättan, Sweden, at the annual event "Fallens dagar" on June 24, 2006. Just behind the horizon is lake Vänern, Sweden's and one of Europe's largest. Water normally flows through a hydroelectric power plant, but the old waterfalls are opened for a few days each summer. Filmed from bridge Oskarsbron, looking north.
Svenska: Öppningen av vattenfallen vid Trollhättan under "Fallens dagar" den 24 juni 2006. Strax bortom horisonten ligger Sveriges största sjö Vänern. Vatten därifrån går normalt genom ett elektriskt kraftverk, men under några få dagar varje sommar öppnas de gamla vattenfallen. Filmat från Oskarsbron, blickande norrut. |
