Description
Español: Este objeto consiste en una escalera de madera que tiene una serie de salientes en los que los pacientes deben ir colocando sus dedos alternativamente. La escalera de dedos estará fijada en la pared a la altura aproximada del hombro del paciente. Se suele usar con el paciente de frente y lateral.

Este aparato es muy útil para mejorar los rangos articulares del hombro de forma autopasiva, proporcionando movilidad, previene y reduce la rigidez articular. Por ello se usa para numerosas patologías del hombro como tendinitis, hombro doloroso, etc... El fisioterapeuta tiene que estar siempre atento a cómo realiza el paciente el ejercicio, ya que puede realizar numerosas compensaciones con el objetivo de llegar más alto. El paciente debe tener una postura correcta y realizarlo sin compensaciones.

El encargado de asesoramiento en el tema fue el experto Abraham Gil Sánchez, Fisioterapeuta Cdo: 3.904 Escuela de Enfermería y Fisioterapia, Universidad de Cádiz
English: This tool is a wooden ladder that has several projections on which the patients put their fingers on alternately. The fingers ladder have to be located on the wall to to shoulder level. The patient is in front or beside the fingers ladder.

It is majority used to increase the mobility of the shoulder. It is essential to maintain the shoulder joint ranges, that is as free as possible and avoid rigidities. Used for many diseases such as shoulder tendinitis, shoulder pain, etc... The physiotherapist must always be aware how the patient make the exercise because it can carry out many compensation to get taller. The patient must have a correct posture and do it without compensation.
