Description
English: DiI-labeled Ebola-VLPs were not associated with Cav1-eGFP. DiI-labeled EbolaΔVP30 virions were adsorbed to Vero cells expressing Cav1-eGFP for 30 min on ice. Cells were then incubated for 15 min at 37°C and images were collected every 20 seconds by confocal laser scanning microscope. Co-localization of Cav1-eGFP (green) with DiI-virions (red) was not observed.
