Summary[edit]

Description
English: DiI-labeled Ebola-VLPs lacking GP were not internalized into cells after a temperature shift. DiI-labeled Ebola VLPs that lacked EBOV GP were adsorbed to Vero cells for 30 min on ice. Cells were then incubated for 15 min at 37°C and images were collected every 20 seconds by confocal laser scanning microscope. Ebola VLPs (red) remained stationary after the temperature shift.
