  • Significance: The facade of this commercial building is embellished by the small-scale intricacies of the Queen Anne style. In conjunction with its neighbors, the building provides a strong traditional character to Market Square. In addition, the cluster has a strong visibility on the urban axis of Pennsylvania Avenue.
