Notes
  • Significance: The Carr, Adams and Collier Company Factory Annex is historically significant in its association with one of Dubuque's largest manufacturing firms, although its 1924 construction date places it late in the milieu of the company's development. Architecturally, the building is a well proportioned and typically detailed representative of the timber/masonry structures built in Dubuque's industrial district.
