Notes
  • Significance: Facility No. 1100 is considered significant for its association with Air Force history in northern California, and with World War II actions in the Pacific Theater. While the current main gate at Hamilton was built a few years after the end of World War II, it is closely identified with the base and was constructed in a compatible style. Therefore, it is considered of exceptional importance and is included in the district as a contributing structure.
  • Survey number: HABS CA-2398-K
