Description
English: High temporal resolution movie of a single axon after pLL axotomy shows

distal-to-proximal direction of degeneration. Transient HuC::GFP transgenic larvae were axotomized at 72 hpf, and imaged every 2 minutes for 6 hours. Representative time-lapse movie using a 20X objective; field of view is 500 μM. Each frame is a projection of a

confocal image stack.
