Description
English: The assembly of Gag clusters was investigated using HIVmCherry while the membrane was labeled with eGFP-GPI as a marker for investigating fluctuations of the plasma membrane. Alternating frames were collected in TIRFM and WF mode. A frame from this movie is shown in Figure 6. The duration of the movie is 56 min.
