Description
English: Real time movie for the dispersion process from 0–8 minutes post isoproterenol treatment. Isoproterenol-induced CLD declustering is shown in a representative GFP-Plin1 expressing cell at 1 frame per second for the first 8 minutes. Temporary movement of the cell out of the focal plane at the beginning of the movie indicates isoproterenol addition.
