Description
English: EGFR Signaling Is Not Required for Histoblast Proliferation during the Early Cell Cycles (1–8 h APF) Expression of dominant-negative EGFR protein in histoblasts (ventral nest expressing UAS-GFP and UAS-DERDN under the control of the permanent Esg-Gal4 driver) does not affect early cell divisions, and histoblasts undergo three synchronous cell cycles by 8 h APF.
