Description
English: Video of an example dimerization of CXCR4 in a POPC membrane with 30% cholesterol content. The dimer was formed after approximately 5 μs. The symmetric TM3,4/TM3,4 dimer interface with intercalating cholesterol molecules is shown in a coarse-grained representation and is then backmapped into an atomistic model.
