Description
Italiano: Il disegno rappresenta la catena d'uso del vapore. Partendo dal generatore, alimentato a legna o carbone, il vapore permette il riscaldamento del latte nella caldaia e contemporaneamente alimenta una turbina che lo trasforma in forza motrice. La rotazione, trasmessa tramite cinghie dall'albero di trasmissione, mette in moto tutti i macchinari del caseificio: pompa da siero, scrematrice e zangola a botte.
