English: Woman grinding rice in a Dhinki. Dhinki(also "Dhenki", Oriya: ଢିଙ୍କି) is an traditional mechanical equipment used to for grinding, flattening and crushing of grains (mostly rice) in the Indian state of Odisha. Dhinki is used primarily for producing rice powder and flattened rice from rice. Presently the practice of using Dhinki has been constricted to only some countrysides in Odisha. This video was shot in Killa, Sergarh in Baleswar (Balasore) district of Odisha. ଓଡ଼ିଆ: ଢିଙ୍କିରେ ଚାଉଳ କୁଟୁଥିବା ଜଣେ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକ । ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଧାନ ଆଦି ଶସ୍ୟ କୁଟିବାରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।ଏହା ଚାଉଳରୁ ଚୁନା ଓ ଚୁଡ଼ା ତିଆରି କରିବାରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ। ଅଧୁନା ଢିଙ୍କିର ବ୍ୟବହାର କେବଳ କେତେକ ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସୀମିତ । ଏହି ଭିଡ଼ିଓଟି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ସେରଗଡ଼ (ଶେରଗଡ଼) ଠାରେ ଥିବା କିଲା ଗାଁରେ ଉତ୍ତୋଳିତ । |
