Description
English: Unlabeled cells appear as YFP-Ghosts moving through YFP-tumor. Birds eye 3D movie of single quadrant from a YFP-B16 tumor (green). Unlabeled YFP-Ghosts (dark voids in the YFP signal can be seen moving throughout the tumor during imaging. Tumor regions were considered viable if YFP-ghosts could be seen migrating in the region imaged. 132 seconds separate each frame.
