Description
English: Osmoregulation of wild-type Dictyostelium cells during hypoosmotic conditions. Growth media was replaced with water and cells were imaged using brightfield microscopy. After 2 hours in water, images were taken every 20 seconds over a period of 1 hour with a frame rate of 50 msec.
