Italiano: Decreto penale di condanna, a nome del prefetto di Parma, che sanziona le scarse condizioni igieniche di un caseificio imponendo al responsabile il pagamento di un’ammenda. In particolare, nel documento si legge che la motivazione della sanzione è '...non aver provveduto in modo idoneo alla lotta contro le mosche nei locali...' contravvenendo così a una serie di norme sull'igiene introdotte nel 1928.
