Description
English: 24-hr video of neurons treated with IS. HT22 murine hippocampal neurons treated with ischemic solution (IS) were visualized using DIC imaging on a confocal microscope. Image frames were taken at 5-min intervals for 24-hrs and videos are displayed at 10 frames/sec.
