Description
English: Infected cell is killed by CD8+ T cell and loses membrane integrity. Live-cell imaging of cells isolated from leishmanial lesions in Rag1−/− mice infected with mCherry expressing L. braziliensis and reconstituted with eGFP CD8+ T cells six weeks post infection. Numbers represent time in hours∶minutes∶seconds.
