Description
English: Eliminating Glomerular Filtration Results in Marked Inhibition of Proximal Migration in Anterior (Proximal) Kidney An ET33-D10 transgenic fish was injected with cardiac tnnt2 morpholino to eliminate cardiac contraction. The time lapse recording was performed between 2.5 and 3 dpf. The markedly reduced proximal migration was confined to the most distal portion of this segment (right). The head is on the left. Frame interval is 30 min. Number of frames is 16. Each frame is a projection of a confocal stack.
