Description
English: Field of Rad21-depleted cells expressing H2B-GFP (also see Fig. S5). Note the cell on the right that initially forms an apparently normal metaphase plate, spends about 1 hour in metaphase, then initiates an aberrant anaphase and becomes arrested in mitosis until the end of the movie (more that 15 hours later).
