Nederlands: "Cocaine - Do’s and don’ts Drugslab - Rens Polman vertelt jou de do’s en don’ts om de risico’s van cocaïne gebruik te beperken. Cocaine is een wit kristalachtig poeder, met als werkzame stof cocaïnehydrochloride. Het is een stimulerend middel met een bittere smaak.

GEBRUIK: Ben je van plan om COKE te gebruiken? Houd dan rekening met de volgende dingen: Coke wordt vaak versneden met andere (schadelijke) stoffen. Daarom is het goed om je cocaïne te laten testen, zodat je de zuiverheid weet. Gebruik het alleen als je je lichamelijk en psychisch goed voelt en niet om vermoeidheid/depressie tegen te gaan. Maak na het snuiven je neus en je snuifbuis goed schoon. Combineren met alcohol of andere middelen is extra riskant en af te raden.

DOSERING: Een veilige dosis is er niet. Zeker is dat de risico’s toenemen naarmate je vaker en meer per keer gebruikt. Hoeveel iemand snuift is zeer afhankelijk van zijn of haar ervaring. Van 1 gram coke worden vaak 10 tot 15 en soms zelfs 20 lijntjes gemaakt.
