Are you the same person who made Homestead Entry No. 029631, at the Roswell U.S. Land Office on the 19th day of December, 1914 for the SW 1/4, Section 30, Township 13 S, Range 25 E.N.M.P. Meridian? ANSWER. I am. QUESTION 4. Are you married or single? ANSWER. Single. QUESTION 5. If married, of whom does your family consist? ANSWER. [blank] QUESTION 6. If a married woman, state whether your husband now has an unperfected homestead entry, and during what time he has resided on this land with you. Also state his citizenship qualifications.
