Description
English: DNAI1-mutated Human Airway Epithelial Cells after transduction with DNAI1 lentiviral vectors. DNAI1-mutated Human Airway Epithelial Cells were transduced with a pK-DNAI1 and pK-HA lentiviral vectors. In both cases, beating cilia were clearly visible as on this video from pK-DNAI1 treated cells. The video was recorded at 500 frames per second. This video includes 200 frames.
