Description
English: Lindbergh, 2nd from left, on board USS SARATOGA (CV-3) with three naval aviators, circa the late 1920s. Man at left is Lieutenant Junior Grade W.V. Davis, one of Fighter Squadron 1B's (VF-1B) "Three Sea Hawks" aerobatic team. Note inflatable life vests. The pilot to Lindberg's left is possibly Lt. Tomlinson, and to his left Lt. Storrs.
