Description
English: Heavily vandalized and bullet ridden Champaign and Piatt County line Lincoln historical marker
"Abraham Lincoln traveled this way as he rode the circuit of the Eighth Judicial District, 1847-1859. Erected 1922." Piatt county is right, Champaign county to the left. The marker is on the southwest corner of Piatt County roads 2275 North (also signed 2280 North) and 1500 East, also known as Champaign County roads 1675 North and 0 East, 3 miles west of Illinois Route 47, 0.3 miles north of (but inaccessible from) Interstate 72
