Description
English: Toca-1/N-WASP vesicle dynamics. CHO cells were transfected with cDNA encoding mRFP-Toca-1 and GFP-N-WASP. After 24 hr, the time-lapse acquisition was performed on an inverted Olympus FV1000 confocal microscope at 10 sec interval for 4 min. Image acquisition in the mRFP and GFP channels was done sequentially. Bar = 10 µm.
