Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 Visualization of microtubule plus-end growth in the metaphase spindle by EBP-2::GFP. This movie (corresponding to Figure 4a,b) shows two examples of the motion of EBP-2::GFP comets in metaphase of the early C.elegans embryo. The exposure is 150 ms, the frame rate is 5 frames per second.
