Summary[edit]

Description
English: BCAR3 regulates adhesion dynamics. BT549 cells were transfected with a BCAR3-specific siRNA oligonucleotide and plasmids encoding GFP-vinculin, plated on fibronectin for 4 hours, and then imaged by TIRF-based video microscopy to analyze adhesion turnover.
