Summary[edit]

Description
English: BCAR3 regulates protrusiveness and cell motility. MCF-7 cells expressing endogenous BCAR3 were plated on fibronectin overnight, followed by time-lapse microscopy using an inverted microscope (Nikon TE200) with a 20× DIC objective and heated stage (Bioptechs) with attached video camera. Frames were taken every 30 seconds for 1 hour.
