Caption reads: Instructions for Use. To the Principal or Teacher: Have the school children draw in the name of the school at the top of the poster after careful lettering under your direction. Exhibit the poster at the Lincoln's Birthday Exercise, and hang it in a prominent place during the enrollment period which ends on Washington's Birthday. At Washington's Birthday Exercise let some of the children, as part of the ceremony, paste in figures representing the number of children enrolled above the word Members.
