Description
English: OCT images of the heart outflow tract (OFT) from the representative HH18 chick embryo. The video of the longitudinal OFT section (on the left down corner) shows the wave-like motion of the myocardium, cardiac jelly and lumen along the OFT. The cross-sectional videos show the motion of the OFT at the 5 cross-sectional images along the OFT that were analyzed (see also Figure 1). M, myocardium; L, lumen; CJ, cardiac jelly.
