Deutsch: Bei der heutigen Pressekonferenz forderte Bernd Riexinger die Bundesregierung auf, im Katalonien-Konflikt auf eine politische und nicht auf eine juristische Lösung zu drängen. Riexinger sagte, die spanische Zentralregierung verfolge einen sehr repressiven Kurs gegen die Unabhängigkeitsbestrebungen im Land. Diesen Repressionskurs sollte die Bundesregierung nicht unterstützen. Deshalb müsse der gestern festgenommene frühere katalanische Regionalpräsident Puigdemont freigelassen werden und dürfe auf keinen Fall ausgeliefert werden. Andernfalls würde man sich in den spanischen Konflikt einmischen und noch Öl ins Feuer gießen. Weitere Themen der Pressekonferenz waren das Treffen von EU-Spitzen mit dem türkischen Machthaber Erdogan sowie die Gedankenspiele der Bundesfamilienministerin Franziska Giffey, ErzieherInnen ähnlich zu entlohnen wie Grundschullehrpersonal. „Diese Idee kommt mir sehr bekannt vor – sie ist von der LINKEN“, bemerkte Riexinger, „nur schweigt die Ministerin darüber, wo das Geld herkommen soll. Ohne Umverteilung durch gerechte Besteuerung ist das alles nur Gerede.“ |
