Description
Italiano: La forma è bassa e piatta per offrire la maggiore superficie per l'affioramento della panna destinata alla fabbricazione del burro. Dal 1920 circa, in sostituzione delle bacinelle da affioramento si diffusero le più grandi vasche rettangolari, dette ‘navi da latte’, con una capienza di 50-70 litri.
