Description
English: BF066 prevents FeCl3-induced thrombosis in a mouse mesenteric arteriole. One bolus injection of BF066 (29 mg/kg, i.v.) 30 min before FeCl3 injury prevented thrombus formation in a C57BL/6 mouse mesenteric arteriole over 12 min. Platelets were labeled with calcein.
