Description
English: This Ptolemaic map of East Asia features various natural historical monstrosities derived from ancient descriptions and Marco Polo's Travels. They include a woman with a single large leg and foot, a man with a dog's head, and headless men with faces on their chests. Smaller vignettes feature men hunting an exotic bird, and cannibals preparing a feast
