Description
English: Subcellular localization of aquaporin-10 (AQP10) in human cultured differentiated adipocytes after insulin stimulation. Insulin treatment increased the AQP10 staining around the lipid droplets. The movie shows a representative AQP10 labeling (green) in a confocal 3D reconstruction. Nucleus was counterstained with DAPI (blue). (see also Figure 4D).
