Description
Français : Pierre Auguste Bogard, le grand père maternel de la contributrice, est né le 4 juin 1878 à Rettel en Moselle. Avant guerre, il est chef comptable aux mines de Lamourrières. Mobilisé, il combat au front ; il sera victime des gaz, ce qui l’empêchera après le conflit de reprendre son métier. Dans les tranchées, il confectionne un anneau faisant figurer la croix de Lorraine et les initiales « BB » en mémoire de sa petite fille, Blanche Bogard.
