Summary[edit]

Description
English: Virtual infection scenario with persistent random walk migration of alveolar macrophages. Alveolar macrophages (green) perform persistent random walk migration with parameters and in order to find the conidium of A. fumigatus (red) in the alveolus. In a time period of the alveolar macrophages did not complete the first-passage. The video is sampled at a rate of 25 frames per second and the time between two frames corresponds to real time.
