Summary[edit]

Description
English: Movie demonstration of OopPuckMover functionality. Special movers are often necessary to implement which allow proper sampling of noncanonical backbone conformations. The movie shows the steps necessary to change the conformation of an OOP ring from the half-chair to the boat conformation. The OopPuckMover first alters the and angles and then, second, updates the hydrogens into proper alignment. Gray spheres represent virtual atoms.
