Description
English: Spatial relationship between Müller cells and microglia 3 days after intravitreal injection of LPS (2 μg). Movie showing a 3-dimensional rotational representation of a microglia cell and surrounding Müller cell processes (also shown in Figure 9C) following surface rendering image processing. Following LPS, retinal microglia (green) have multiple vertically-oriented processes that demonstrate closely fasciculating cell-cell contacts with Müller cells (red).
